At Diablo Valley Personal Fitness, we provide a nice change to a crowded corporate gym. We offer one-on-one personal training in a quiet spacious facility. We do not charge membership fees, you just pay for your personal training. You are welcome to use the cardio equipment on days that you don't have an appointment with your trainer. Our trainers are well qualified and have lots of experience. We train a variety of clientele, from high school athletes to Rossmoor residents. We opened our doors in 2000 and have been helping clients surpass their goals ever since.
